Shakespeare’s interest in floriography is shown in Hamlet, when Ophelia says, “There’s rosemary, that’s for remembrance; pray, love, remember.” It is believed that where rosemary flourishes, the woman rules \u0026amp; that a man who is indifferent to the fragrance of rosemary, is unable to truly love a woman.
